Troy and Lesley White-Jennings are the founders of TALR Constructions. The company pride themselves on being family owned and operated business with the backing of 20 years experience in the building industry. Troy has extensive experience covering residential, commercial and industrial construction.
Amongst other projects Troy has been a registered builder for six years and has managed commercial site construction for the past ten years. This experience has provided them with a solid foundation and reputation within the industry. Troy and Lesley have now taken the next step forward and have formed the company TALR Constructions.
